Welcome to Siga Siga Collective. These Terms of Use & Transactions (“Terms”) govern your use of sigasigacollective.com (the “Website”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About us
Siga Siga Collective is a small family collective based in North Messinia, Peloponnese, Greece, offering extra virgin olive oil, plant-dyed clothing and wool, beeswax candles, and natural skincare.

2. Using our website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. We may update, suspend, or withdraw all or part of the Website at any time without notice.
3. Products
We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Because our goods are natural and largely handmade — from a seasonal olive harvest to plant-dyed textiles — slight variations in colour, texture, taste, and appearance are natural and to be expected. Such variations are part of the character of our products and are not defects. Product images are illustrative.
4. Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the contents of your order. The total price, including applicable taxes and shipping costs, is shown before you confirm and pay for your order.
We try to keep prices accurate, but if an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
5. Orders and contract formation
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation by email acknowledging receipt of your order. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, the order appears fraudulent, or there is an obvious error in the price or product information. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure payment provider, Mollie. We do not store your full payment card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
7. Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver only to the Netherlands. Shipping costs, delivery estimates, and arrangements for damaged or lost parcels are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions. For example, sealed food products, including extra virgin olive oil, and sealed skincare may not be returned once opened, unsealed, tampered with, or no longer suitable for return for health, hygiene, or safety reasons. 9. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including text, photographs, logos, branding, and designs — belongs to Siga Siga Collective or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Our products are natural; please always check ingredients, care instructions, storage guidance, and use products only as intended. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
11. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, harvest conditions, carrier disruption, or other force majeure. As our name suggests, some things move siga siga — slowly, slowly — and we will always keep you informed of any significant delays.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to your purchase.
